Online Booking Guidelines

Please read the following booking guidelines prior to booking your appointment.

Before being able to book an appointment, you will need to identify yourself by entering your registered full name and Health Care Card number.

Then click “Submit”.

Then select the name of the appointment type that you want to book.

• Regular Visit [Huber]
• Regular Visit [Sohn]
• Regular Visit [Remtulla]
• Regular Visit [Hassen]
• Regular Visit [Dhaliwal]

Select the doctor with whom you wish to book your appointment, then either select the next availability by clicking “Book now” or click “View all availabilities” to see other options.

If you are choosing from other availabilities, please select the date and time you prefer.

Navigate to different calendar days by using the arrows or switch to the montly view by clicking “month”.

Once you have selected a time, you will be asked to finalize the details of your appointment.

Then click “Submit your request”.

You will recieve an appointment e-meail within a few minutes with the necessary information for your appointment.

Then click “Submit”.
